Melissa Drabbant
I believe that healing happens in connection. We aren’t meant to navigate pain, grief, or change alone — and therapy can offer a space to be met with care, curiosity, and respect for your unique story. My hope is that you’ll feel safe to bring all of yourself— not just the parts that feel “put together,” but also the parts that feel uncertain, stuck, or vulnerable.
Together, we’ll explore your patterns, emotions, and relationships — both past and present — to understand how they’ve shaped your sense of self and the way you engage with the world. Through this awareness, we can create the conditions for meaningful change. With compassion, curiosity, and openness, we’ll make space for greater freedom, self-insight, and lasting transformation. My approach is collaborative and rooted in deep respect for your inner wisdom and your capacity to heal.
It has been a great honour to sit with people in their most vulnerable and transformative moments — to witness their courage, their creativity, and the strength they sometimes didn’t even know they had. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. You just have to start where you are.
